Where the text comes from
Quest text isn’t in the game files: the server sends it to the game when a quest comes up in play, and the game keeps it in its cache. We read that cache automatically after every session on our beta client, in English and in Spanish, and never translate anything ourselves. Level, zone, rewards and experience come from the same server data. A Classic quest with no text yet shows Classic’s facts instead (who gives it and where, objectives, rewards, chain), under the Classic tag, until its text arrives.
