Character sheet
Where each figure comes from
- Game files Read from Forever’s game files.
- Character sheet code The formula of Forever’s own character sheet (its interface code).
- Measured in Classic Measured on Blizzard’s Classic servers at level 60. Forever keeps it on its servers, so it is not confirmed.
- Classic value A Classic value Forever keeps on its servers: not in its files, not confirmed.

- Stamina
- Intellect
- Spirit
Melee
- Attack Power
- Hit Chance
- 0.00 %
- Hit capHit that removes every miss against this target: 5.0 % melee and ranged, 4.0 % spells. An estimate: the game’s hit tooltip could not be read for this build.
- 0.00 % of 5.00 %
- Critical StrikeAn estimate below level 60: the game keeps how much Agility and Intellect give on its servers, so the planner takes Classic’s level-60 rate and follows Classic’s own curve down the levels (a point of Agility gives more crit and dodge the lower your level). What gear, talents and racials add is exact.
Ranged
- Ranged Attack Power
- Hit Chance
- 0.00 %
- Critical StrikeAn estimate below level 60: the game keeps how much Agility and Intellect give on its servers, so the planner takes Classic’s level-60 rate and follows Classic’s own curve down the levels (a point of Agility gives more crit and dodge the lower your level). What gear, talents and racials add is exact.
Defense
- Armor
- Physical damage reductionHow much physical damage your armor takes off. Armor ÷ (Armor + 400 + 85 × attacker level), at most 75 % (the Classic formula).
- 3.23 %
- Defense
- DodgeAn estimate below level 60: the game keeps how much Agility and Intellect give on its servers, so the planner takes Classic’s level-60 rate and follows Classic’s own curve down the levels (a point of Agility gives more crit and dodge the lower your level). What gear, talents and racials add is exact.
- Parry
- Chance to be missedHow often an attacker of the target level misses you: 5 %, plus 0.04 % for each point your defense is above its weapon skill (5 × its level), minus 0.04 % for each point below. The game’s own character sheet code.
- 5.00 %
- Chance to be critically hit
- 5.00 %

Where does each figure come from?
How the sheet is calculated
Every figure says where it comes from. What Forever keeps on its servers uses the Classic value and is labeled.
| Figure | Formula | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Health | Base health + the first 20 Stamina × 1 + the rest × 10 (health per Stamina, level table) | Forever’s game tables · Forever’s character sheet code · Classic server records |
| Mana | Base mana (class and level table) + the first 20 Intellect × 1 + the rest × 15 | Forever’s game tables · Forever’s character sheet code |
| Base attributes | Class base + race offset for your level; level 60 checked against Blizzard-server measurements | Classic server records · Classic, measured at 60 |
| Ratings | Rating ÷ the rating per 1 % at your level (hit 10, crit 14, haste 10, dodge 12, parry 15, block 5 at level 60) | Forever’s game tables |
| Armor | Armor of your items (+ talents that raise it) + bonus armor + 2 per Agility | Forever’s character sheet code |
| Armor reduction | Armor ÷ (Armor + 400 + 85 × attacker level), at most 75 % | Classic formula |
| Attack power | Level term + Strength and Agility × your class’s factors (warriors: 2 per Strength) + attack power bonuses | Forever’s class data (ChrClasses) · Classic formula |
| Ranged attack power | Level term + Agility × your class’s factor + ranged attack power bonuses (wands use neither) | Forever’s class data (ChrClasses) · Classic formula |
| Weapon DPS | Weapon damage + attack power ÷ 14 × weapon speed; the off hand deals half | Forever’s character sheet code · Classic formula |
| Crit | Base crit + Agility ÷ Agility per 1 % (level 60) + crit rating + talents, racials and gear | Classic, measured at 60 · Forever’s game tables |
| Spell crit | Base spell crit + Intellect ÷ Intellect per 1 % (level 60) + crit rating + bonuses | Classic, measured at 60 · Forever’s game tables |
| Defense | 5 × level + defense; each point above adds 0.04 % to dodge, parry and block and to being missed | Forever’s character sheet code |
| Hit | To never miss (the game’s hit tooltip): 8 % melee and ranged, 17 % spells against raid bosses, 5 % melee and ranged, 4 % spells at your level; +1 and +2 (+1: 5.2 / 5 %, +2: 5.4 / 6 %) are our estimate from an unused table in the sheet code | Forever’s interface texts (GlobalStrings) · Forever’s character sheet code |
| Resistances | 0.75 × resistance ÷ (5 × caster level) | Forever’s character sheet code |
| Mana regeneration | Every 2 s while not casting: a class constant + Spirit ÷ 4 or 5 (Classic); talents let a share continue while casting | Classic formula · Forever’s game tables |
Every game-file figure is read again from each new build of the game and of its interface code, so the sheet follows Blizzard’s changes by itself.
Forever’s class data changes these attack power factors from Classic: Warrior, ranged per Agility 2 (Classic 1); Rogue, ranged per Agility 2 (Classic 1). The planner uses Forever’s.
What the sheet does not count
- Chance on hit effects, Use: effects and set bonuses that are not a stat.
- Bonuses that only work in a form or stance (Cat Form, Defensive Stance…).
- The extra miss chance of auto attacks while dual wielding, and what weapon skill above 5 × your level changes (the skill itself is shown).
- Items Blizzard still hides in the game files, and raid loot until it drops.
